24-hours Triqua service from any location in the world

Communication and technical support normally entails sending paper-based manuals, report forms and spare part overviews and answering questions by fax, e-mail and/or phone. Triqua, on the other hand, offers support to plant operators in a more professional and structured manner using its Remote Technology Assistance (RTA) application. This Internet-based system enables Triqua and end users to exchange all relevant plant information across a central database, twenty-four hours a day, from any location in the world.
